After visiting close to 60 countries on all continents I still have an incessant urge to discover new places and meet people. Through my photography and writing presented on these pages I hope to inspire others to do the same.

Working on the greyscale is going to the heart of photography. The computer is now my preferred tool, and it’s like just starting out again. Black and white photography has never been this exciting.

Approaching people out in the streets is my favorite modus operandi. For this purpose I have downsized my camera gear, both for the sake of anonymity and ease, and the purpose of getting my pictures in tune with reality.

People is the main focal point of my photography, the very reason why I travel. And where language barriers often make communication come to a halt, photography is a language most people both understand and appreciate.
